About me

For over ten years I've had the honour of guiding hundreds of couples through the most important words of their day. My style is warm, natural and gently humorous — ceremonies that have guests smiling, laughing and occasionally welling up (usually all three).

I work across the Home Counties and beyond, and I love a good hilltop, a barn, or a very dramatic garden.

How far in advance should we book you?
Around 9–12 months ahead is ideal for peak season (May–September). That said, I do take last-minute bookings when dates are available — worth asking!
Do you travel?
Yes. I'm based in Hertfordshire but travel nationally. Travel within 50 miles is included; beyond that, I'll quote a fair travel fee upfront.
Will the ceremony be completely personalised?
Absolutely — that's the whole point. We meet (in person or on video) to talk about your story, and I write a bespoke script. No two ceremonies are the same.
Do you legally perform marriages?
I'm an accredited celebrant who can legally solemnise marriages and civil partnerships, as well as non-legal blessing ceremonies. Legal requirements are simple and I'll walk you through them.
What happens on the day?
I arrive well before your guests, rehearse the line-up with you and your vendors, and then guide you and your guests through the ceremony calmly and confidently — including any small hiccups, which I'll handle invisibly.
How much does it cost?
Standard packages start from £650 and include two consultation calls, the written ceremony script, and the day itself. Get in touch for a tailored quote.
